THERMAL INFRARED SURVEYS

Through a unique combination of knowledge, skills and industry accepted standards, Greening Geospatial LLC is effectively positioned to perform thermal infrared surveys for low-slope commercial flat roof systems.

Thermal infrared surveys are conducted in general accordance with industry accepted standards in order to identify and quantify areas of suspect moisture within a roofing system that may otherwise remain unseen through ordinary visual inspections.

LOW-SLOPE ROOFING SYSTEM APPLICATIONS

Thermal infrared surveys conducted by Greening Geospatial LLC may cover low-slope roofing systems comprised of the following:

  • TPO (Thermoplastic Roof Systems)

  • EPDM (Ethyline Propolyne Diene Terpolymer)

  • BUR (Gravel Built Up Roof Systems)

  • Mod Bit (Modified Bitumen Roof)

Roof markings may be placed delineating areas of suspected moisture within the roofing system. A report is developed detailing results of the survey and mapping areas of suspect moisture within precise called drawings.

Destructive and/or nondestructive analysis may be utilized to verify the presence of moisture in suspected areas.
